• Offers buffer before the payment of gratuity.
• Enables staff to plan early for retirement.
• Provides additional fund to Staff Gratuity upon retirement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Interested member(s) will contribute specified savings through the payroll or by cash lodgment into a dedicated account.
2. Members on this scheme will not be allowed to make withdrawal from the amount contributed while still in service.
3. Interest will be compounded annually at the rate of 10% based on the prevailing market rate. (PMR)
4. Total contribution with accrued interest will be paid to subscribing members upon retirement or disengagement from service.
5. In a situation of sudden death, the next of kin will immediately be paid the total amount contributed with accumulated interest.
